In this exercise you will lie flat on your back, but with legs straight, and arms straight with hands flat on the ground. Here you will exhale deeply on the way up, and inhale deeply on the way down. Simply slide them along the ground while doing the exercise. 3 sets of as many reps as possible, with 1 minute or more rest between sets.
